Completed in 1913 for John D. Rockefeller by architects Delano and Aldrich, Kykuit has been home to four generations of the Rockefeller family. Landscape architect William Welles Bosworth designed terraces and gardens with fountains, pavilions, and classical sculpture. More than 70 works of modern sculpture were added during the 1960s and '70s.
